Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets out the standard fees a notary public may charge for notary public services. All services provided by T. Holiday Notary Service will incur a travel charge separate from Texas notary fees. 

Acknowledgment or proof of a deed 

$10 for first signature, $1 for each additional signature 

$10 for first signature, $1 for each additional signature 

Administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal

$10 for first signature, $1 for each additional signature 

If 12 miles distance total will be $35.

If 20 miles distance the total of travel will be $55.
